OUR FACILITY
The team of Rb Wine Associates converted a former warehouse into a state-of-the-art custom crush facility. BUT we do not stop at still wines! We have the knowledge, experience, and equipment to produce Sparkling wines from grape to bottle.

Rack & Riddle comes with an incredible team of professionals experienced in both sparkling and still wines. Together the resulting winery combines small wine production needs with those of mid and large production.
Here is a sampling of what Rack & Riddle can provide:

• Our crush area can handle harvested fruit in small half-ton bins, or 2 ton gondolas.
• Small capacity presses- 1 ton and 6 ton whole cluster- to larger 20 ton capacity presses- direct to press, destem and/or crush to press.
• Full service lab with the latest in wine technology equipment.
• Disgorging line capable of handling standard sparkling bottles.
• Stainless tanks ranging from 1000 gal to 20,000 gal – need open top tanks? We have those too.
• State of the art bottling line- P/S and glue labeling.
• Temperature controlled barrel room.
• Blend Winery software for grape to bottle tracking.
• QC/QA on wines and supplies
