Below, please find all 2022 harvest logistics and contact information at Rack & Riddle:
COVID-19 WELLNESS PROCEDURES FOR ALL LOCATIONS
All visits must be scheduled and approved before arrival.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Rack & Riddle. Unfortunately, we continue to see COVID cases increase rapidly in our area. At this time, in the interest of safety, we must respectfully require all Clients and Visitors to wear masks while at any of our locations, whether indoors or outdoors.
We will continue to assess the level of risk in our area and will update you all if there
are any policy changes.
Thank you for understanding our position.
Please check in upon arrival with the person that you have been scheduled with. The
office is located on the first floor, south entrance of the main building.
Please call the Winemaking Team to schedule an appointment at (707) 395-3349.
Please also make note of the following:
- Be sure all written protocols have been delivered to the winemaking staff one week prior to scheduling deliveries. No processing will be done without a written protocol.
- All paperwork must be completed prior to grape delivery – quote signed, standard terms/agreement signed, current insurance certificate on file.
- All additives, including yeast, should be delivered one week prior to scheduling so it can be logged in and available. A delivery area will be set up outside the lower entrance to the main building.
- We will not have shaded areas or warehouse space available to hold fruit, so it is imperative that we adhere to delivery schedules.
- Deliveries will only be accepted in ½ ton macro bins and 2-ton gondolas. The driver should bring a completed copy of our Grape Hauling Form.
- All visiting/client winemakers and staff need to make an appointment before arrival. They will check in upon arrival with the person that you have been scheduled with. The office is located on the first floor, south entrance of the main building.
- Winemaker office “harvest hours” are from 6:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Sunday is by appointment only. Please call and schedule in advance for any visits.

Details

PROTOCOLS and PAPERWORK
Be sure all written protocols have been delivered to the winemaking staff one week prior to scheduling deliveries. No processing will be done without a written protocol.
All paperwork must be completed prior to grape delivery — quote signed, standard terms

ADDITIVES
All additives, including yeast, should be delivered one week prior to scheduling so it can be

DELIVERY NOTICE: IMPORTANT
We will not have shaded areas or warehouse space available to hold fruit, so it is imperative
that we adhere to delivery schedules.

VISITOR CHECK-IN
All visiting/client winemakers and staff need to make an appointment before arrival. They will check in upon arrival with the person that you have been scheduled with. The office is located on the first floor, south entrance of the main building.

- Monday— Saturday: 6 a.m. —5 p.m.
- Sunday: By appointment only.

Delivery Information &
GRAPE SCALE HOURS

DELIVERIES: SCHEDULE IN ADVANCE
All deliveries must be scheduled in advance, and go to our Alexander Valley location — 4001 Hwy 128 Geyserville, CA (see map below). Our facility has easy access and plenty of turnaround space for trucks.
- Deliveries must be scheduled 72-hours ahead, along with estimated time of delivery to the winery
- Late deliveries: We must get a call ahead if the delivery will be late, and we cannot guarantee weigh or processing that day if you miss your scheduled delivery window.

WEIGH SCALE HOURS
The weigh scale is open:
- Monday—Saturday: 6 a.m. — 4 p.m.
- Sunday: By appointment only
LATE DELIVERIES
If the delivery is late, we must get a call ahead and cannot guarantee weigh or processing that day.

PEST REPORTS
The client is responsible for providing pest reporting if needed to Rack & Riddle at the time of scheduling, i.e., EGVM, LBAM.
The driver is responsible for carrying appropriate pest paperwork. Don’t Forget the Grape Hauling Form!
